Connecticut resident Michael Giuffrida has been helping businesses become more effective and efficient since 1997. He obtained his Business Management degree from the University of Connecticut in 1993. He also attended UConn’s School of Business where he received his Executive MBA in 2009. With more than 20 years in the industry, he has gained techniques developed from being a business owner, executive, and advisor. In the process, Michael Giuffrida has become a key figure in making numerous businesses more successful and more profitable and yielding higher harvest valuations through his advice.

 

Since 2016, Michael Giuffrida has been working as a managing partner at Titan Strategic Partners based in Hartford, Connecticut. The company’s expertise is in building and improving organizations from startups to established businesses. Many of the organizations helped by Titan were properly positioned for and realized successful harvest events. The company generally works with organizations seeking improvements in the areas of compensation plans, process flow, asset optimization, corporate culture, employee utilization, gross margins, sales engines, and lead generation.
